Data stored by HR Director are on dedicated servers accessed through Secure Socket Layer (SSL), a cryptographic protocol that provides secure communications over the Internet. By using SSL, all sessions to Management System are encrypted. Communication between a user and the server also requires the user to log in from a standard web browser with approved authentication credentials. HR Director also uses numerous framework level protections to help prevent Web application vulnerabilities, such as cross-site request forgery (CSRF), cross-site scripting (XSS), and SQL injections.
Who owns the data collected while using HR Director?
All information collected and stored while using HR Director is solely owned by you. Your data in the HR Director system is yours.

As our company grows can I add more users?
Yes. HR Director does not limit the amount of managers that can access the system and maintain data. Security levels are definable by you, and users can be added by assigning a username and password to an existing company employee's record. There is no increase is fees for additional users.
